Nowadays were on the hunt for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team on a Part Time basis!

Position Overview:

Welcome to the heart of the action! The Workplace Experience Coordinator role is a pivotal component of the Employee Experience team a dynamic assembly of 12 professionals spread across Malta Gibraltar and Skopje. Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager the Workplace Experience Coordinator is instrumental in providing toptier administrative support to elevate the overall workplace experience. This role is being offered on a part time basis from our hub in Zagreb.

Responsibilities:

• Providing substantial administrative support.

• Contributing to the planning and execution of events and meetings overseeing tasks such as checkins maintaining attendee lists and offering ontheday event support.

• Ensuring the general upkeep and organization of the office environment.

• Assisting in various ongoing projects within the Employee Experience team.

• Efficiently managing the distribution of office mail.

• Be the Employee Experience departments representative in Zagreb.

• Undertaking other adhoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Available to commit on a part time basis.

• Possess proficient English communication skills both written and spoken.

• A handson enthusiast approaching tasks with energy and enthusiasm.

• Experienced in some of the responsibilities Even better!
