Job Description
Our company is looking for a skilled Audio Visual Manager to lead our AV team and drive innovative solutions that enhance communication and engagement within the organisation. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of audiovisual technology to ensure seamless integration and highquality experiences for both internal and external stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Install and test new systems and equipment.
- Maintain and optimize tools used in video production broadcasting and interactive media.
- Set up and manage audiovisual connections between different units.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical issues in equipment and systems.
- Quickly identify and implement alternative solutions to minimize service interruptions.
- Operate and manage equipment and transmission links for outdoor broadcasts.
- Design and install customized audiovisual circuits.
- Develop and assemble hardware and systems for specific needs.
- Promote workplace health and safety standards.
- Follow instructions and requests from product owners creative directors and team members.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and team members.
- Stay updated on industry developments and explore new technologies and methods.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong understanding of photography concepts including aperture shutter speed ISO exposure and lens functionality.
- Experience with electronic engineering and communication equipment operation.
- Expertise in operating video cameras and production video switchers.
- Proficiency in live chroma keying techniques and SDI infrastructure.
- Adequate color vision and hearing for professional requirements.
- Proficiency in IT systems and project management.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and creative problemsolving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
- Adaptability to changing environments and maintaining focus under pressure.
