Although they embrace a remotefirst approach this role is based in So Paulo where inperson interactions with clients are highly valued.

Our Proposal


Were on the lookout for a Senior Sales Development Representative to help us expand our client base across exciting segments: SubAcquirers IP participants Pix participants brokerages and distributors.

If you have experience working with these sectors a strong existing client portfolio and a knack for nurturing new prospects we want to hear from you! Join us and play a pivotal role in shaping our growth and success!


Responsibilities

Identify and create new business opportunities through outbound sales (LinkedIn email phone etc.) in a competitive market and drive results.

Manage and lead discovery calls and product demos with prospects.

Collaborate with SDRs to effectively handle and pass off outbound and inbound leads.

Use HubSpot and sales automation tools to manage your Target Account List and pipeline.

Adapt quickly and take ownership to achieve results in a fastpaced environment.

4 years of proven sales experience with a track record of success in a growing company.

Experience in a scaling startup ideally from small to medium size (20 to 200 employees).

Advanced proficiency in Spanish or English for effective client communication.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment and work with little structure.

Willingness to travel (1020%) for conferences and client meetings.

    Generous compensation in cash and equity.Base pay 10% commission on the total annual contract value (uncapped)

      7year posttermination option exercise (vs. standard 90 days).
