Job Description
Sperton Pakistan is looking for a GM FACTORY (Production Unit Head) in Multan for one of their clients specializes in PU and waterbased chemicals for the paints paper and construction industries.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of relevant leadership experience in coatings construction chemicals and PU product management.
- Oversee all functions of factory including production ensures quality control manages operations and drives efficiency in chemical manufacturing processes.
- Oversee overall factory operations ensuring efficient production and quality control of chemical products.
- Manage and optimize resources including workforce equipment and raw materials to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards while driving process improvements.
