Job Description

A company based in Harelbeke Belgium specializes in designing and constructing industrial energy plants that convert biomass and industrial waste into clean energy. Established in 1912 the company remains familyowned and is currently managed by the fourth generation. It focuses on creating sustainable energy solutions for industries worldwide aiming to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Their innovative systems such as biomass boilers and recovered solid fuel (RSF) technology serve various industries including agriculture food processing and wood production. These systems process materials like agricultural residues recycled wood and nonrecyclable industrial waste into energy forms such as hot water steam and electricity. The solutions are customdesigned to meet the specific needs of each client.

The company has a global presence with operations in different countries around the world and has earned recognition for its environmentally friendly and economically viable energy solutions such as capturing CO from flue gases for reuse. Its projects contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and comply with strict environmental regulations

As a Customer Service Manager you will be the main contact for customers. You will actively manage your portfolio to ensure satisfaction by providing services that enhance the lifecycle of our energy solutions.

Your role

  • Provide customers with tailored solutions for maintenance and upgrades.
  • Oversee budgets forecasts and maintenance activities.
  • Manage contracts inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of installations.
  • Address technical challenges with the support of a dedicated internal team.
  • Organize and oversee the ordering and delivery of spare parts.

Requirements

  • You have an engineering degree or equivalent experience with a background in customer service account management or aftersales.
  • You value building longterm relationships have a strong sense of responsibility and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required with additional languages such as French or Spanish as an advantage.
  • Flexibility for short business trips is essential.
