The Finance Manager will ensure a solid financial foundation and continuously enhance the companys financial performance. This involves managing financial operations preparing and monitoring budgets analyzing data and providing strategic support to the management team.
Requirements
- A Masters degree in a financial field with relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of Dutch English and French both written and spoken.
- Strong IT skills preferably experience with Business Central.
- Indepth knowledge of Belgian accounting standards (BE GAAP) and IFRS.
- Analytical thinking critical mindset and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Resultsoriented and decisive.
- Reliable trustworthy with proven leadership and motivational skills.
Your responsibilities
- Collect process and analyze financial data.
- Prepare reports and financial analyses.
- Manage and align the financial strategy with business goals.
- Optimize financial processes and contribute to business improvements.
- Oversee cash management and prepare budgets.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safeguard company assets.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as banks and auditors.
- Lead and coach the finance team to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Provide HR support related to legislation payroll and related matters.
- Report to the Managing Director.
