Position:Senior Manager Human Capital Strategy & Effectiveness Human Capital & Admin
Job Responsibilities:
- Organization Design(30%)
- Manage and support Organisational Design Organisation Structure JobEvaluation and Job Description for the Company.
- Consults and work with business and functional leaders to assess business/function specific organisation design projects and processes to enhance both operating effectiveness and productivity.
- Maintain the consistency and integrity of the Job Roles within the business through effective systems and processes for Job Analysis Job Descriptions Job Evaluation and Organisational Structural design.
- Review and propose revision of Policy and SOP for organisation design Job Evaluation and Job Description from timetotime to meet business requirements.
- Analytics(30%)
- Develop HR reporting and analytics roadmap to support business strategy and HR leaders on providing insights and actionable data to support decision making and assess impact of HR strategies.
- Develops and provides workforce analytics reports to HRBPs HR Heads and Senior Management on trends associated with key human capital factors.
- Design and continuously improving HRwide HR metrics reports and dashboards which are aligned with the HR and business strategies.
- Build and refine HR data and analytics capabilities with leveraging the HRIS system.
- Apply analytic and visualization tools to support decision making and assess impacts of HR strategies.
- Provides strategic and daytoday leadership to a team performing analysis on HR data metrics and reporting to identify trends patterns and insights.
- Work closely with IT department to define data architecture within HR systems to enable consistent and effective reporting services.
- HR Digitalization (30%)
- Study and propose automation of HR processes via HR digitalization strategy.
- Facilitates and consult with HRBP and HR Key Stakeholders to identify plan and implement systems and process improvements.
- Conducts technical evaluation and propose system providers that meets the companys requirements.
- Implement and drive HR digitalization key initiatives as per approved by the Management.
- Plan monitor and ensure the projects are carried as per timeline.
- Consult advise and guide users on the HR systems.
- HR Strategic Reporting / Other Projects (15%)
- Consolidates all HR Strategic reports monthly or as and when required by the management.
- To ensure accuracy and timely submission on the above reports.
- Consolidates data for Annual Management Plan (AMP) for HCA division.
- To ensure timely submission of AMP to Finance.
- Process & Compliance (5%)
- Ensure all related operations are executed successfully in accordance to the Companys business requirement and in compliance with all related statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Having at least 910 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent.
- Proven experience in organisation design in a large & complex environment
- Experience in data analysis/tools & data visualization tools
- Strong experience of capability mapping organisation assessment organisation structure and design roles and sizing.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
