Position: Talent Sourcer
Location: Sofia Bulgaria or Plovdiv Bulgaria
Work model: hybrid (23 days a week from the office)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute highvolume multilingual sourcing strategies to attract candidates
- Proactively identify candidates through job boards and social networks
- Create and maintain a talent pool for key roles and languages
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to evaluate effectiveness
- Oversee and manage internal employee referrals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a talent sourcing role
- Proven expertise in various sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting
- Native/fluency in Bulgarian both written and verbal. Fluent in English (C1 level and higher)
- familiarity with Taleo or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience working in a multinational environment particularly within the BPO sector is advantageous
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail
