Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform various handson construction tasks such as drywall painting framing window installation roofing plumbing and electrical work with close attention to detail.
- Manage all aspects of construction and renovation projects from planning to finish.
- Create project schedules budgets and allocate resources effectively for successful project completion.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure project plans meet client needs.
- Keep open communication with clients updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Make sure all work meets quality standards follows regulations and gets necessary permits before starting.
- Address any unexpected issues or changes to project plans promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
- Proficient in a variety of construction tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong project management and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with all aspects of construction including building codes safety regulations and permits
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once
Compensation:
- Salary range: $70K$90K per year.
