With a strong presence in over 40 countries and decades of expertise our client specializes in providing advanced machinery for construction and agricultural sectors. Their products including stateoftheart concrete and mixing equipment play a critical role in driving progress in housing infrastructure and urban development projects. We are seeking a driven professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and management of business support resources such as market intelligence finance human resources administration logistics customs clearance warehousing financing fiscal legal and tax affairs as well as spare parts.
- Development and maintenance of relationships for business opportunities general management direct sales customers and channels.
- Collation and analysis of market information industry dynamics and sales data.
- Platform construction compliance control institutional system building team development and resource coordination in each country within the region of responsibility.
- Achieving regional sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree or higher with a major in mechanical engineering management or marketing.
- At least 8 years of experience in the construction equipment commercial vehicle (heavy trucks special vehicles etc.) or passenger car industries and at least 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Work experience in Europe is required.
- Familiarity with relevant markets regulations and policies.
- Excellent skills in team building and development.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
