Job Description

Project/client: public

Project duration: 12 months

Start date: ASAP

Location: remote from EU

Limitations: Lithuanian speakers only

Role: We are seeking a Business/Information Systems Analyst to lead the integration of a national legal entities information system with the EUs Beneficial Ownership Registers Interconnection System (BORIS) on the European eJustice platform. This role involves enabling seamless data sharing of beneficial ownership information for legal entities and supporting functionalities for user access and payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications for JANGISBORIS integration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with EU Directive (EU) 2015/849.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and support data flow processes between systems.


MustHave Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis for custom software development projects.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian; business analysis certification is preferred.







English: upperintermediate
