Job Description
We are seeking a Business/Information Systems Analyst to work on the integration of Lithuanias Legal Entities Participants Information System (JANGIS) with the EUs Beneficial Ownership Registers Interconnection System (BORIS) via the European eJustice platform. This project aims to enable efficient data sharing regarding Lithuanian entities beneficial owners while providing seamless access to information and payment functionalities for users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications for the JANGISBORIS integration.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with EU Directive (EU) 2015/849.
- Prepare detailed documentation and support data flow processes between systems.
- Identify potential risks challenges and opportunities to optimize the integration process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis for custom software development projects.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in Lithuanian is required.
- Business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP PMIPBA) is preferred.
Contract Details:
- Duration: Projectbased expected to last 12 months.
- Location: Lithuania or remote with occasional onsite visits if necessary.
