Your missions:
- Act as the local expert on regulatory frameworks and policies (including AMLCTF GDPR Crossborder Tax Regulations/DAC6 and Sanctions)
- Manage the compliance team and take responsibility for their continued development
- Oversee client onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes for Luxembourg
- Maintain and update internal policies and controlsProvide training and guidance to staff on all matters related to risk & compliance
- Advise on riskrelated matters and update the firms risk register regularly.
Your profile:
- A degree in Law and 8 years experience in Risk Management or Compliance in Financial Services or Professional Services in Luxembourg
- Expertise in interpreting and implementing legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
