Job Mission


About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Manager (m/f/d)for Smart Charging will elevate Tibbers position in ecommerce and partnerships by defining and executing targeted marketing strategies collaborating with key partners and managing highimpact campaigns. This role requires a strategic marketer skilled in salesdriven partnership management and campaign optimization to strengthen Tibbers presence and engagement.


What Youll Do:

Sales Marketing & Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on driving partnerdriven sales growth ensuring alignment with commercial goals and stakeholder expectations.

  • Define execute and monitor highimpact campaigns to achieve targeted sales objectives leveraging data analytics and feedback to continuously optimize performance.

  • Plan and manage gotomarket strategies for new products and initiatives coordinating closely with key stakeholders to ensure a seamless launch and sustained market success.

    Partner & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners working collaboratively to cocreate campaigns optimize promotions and ensure alignment on brand strategies and sales targets.

    • Negotiate and maintain partner agreements fostering success through strong alignment and partnership.

    • Coordinate business development efforts with partners and internal stakeholders identifying and advancing growth opportunities that align with strategic goals.

    • Engage and align with internal and external stakeholders to support all sales and marketing initiatives effectively communicating goals and gathering feedback to promote a cohesive approach across teams and partners.

    Content & Messaging

    • Work with stakeholders to develop compelling marketappropriate materials that reflect Tibbers brand and resonate with partners and customers alike.

    • Optimization messaging across the portfolio ensuring all content supports sales and partner objectives.

    Data Analysis & Optimization

    • Use datadriven insights to optimize campaigns and partnerships continuously testing new approaches to improve effectiveness.

    • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends customer behavior and competitor strategies.

    Crossfunctional Collaboration

    • Coordinate with product customer success and data teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product developments and customer needs.

    • Act as a liaison between marketing partners and internal teams ensuring smooth communication and execution of joint efforts.


      Ideal Profile

      • Background in retail ecommerce or digital marketing with a proven track record in sales marketing and partnership management within retail tech or energy sectors.

      • 5 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing with a strong portfolio of successful outcomes.

      • Growth Mindset with a proactive approach to learning innovation and continuous improvement focusing on driving both personal and organizational growth.

      • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies effectively.

      • Experience in partner management within the retail or ecommerce industry with an emphasis on longterm relationship building and performance metrics.

      • Performancedriven with a deep understanding of acquisition funnels conversion metrics and optimization techniques.

      • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and influence stakeholders effectively.

      • Knowledge of the wallbox sector is a plus but not essential.
