About the Role: As our new Manager of Programs and Service Excellence youll lead and mentor our team of skilled therapists fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. Youll lead the senior leadership team helping to shape the future of Pen Plus by ensuring our services remain innovative effective and supportive. This is a role thats as much about people as it is about processes perfect for someone whos ready to blend leadership clinical expertise and bigpicture thinking!
Heres What Youll Do:
- Oversee and support our team leaders and therapists guiding them to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Be a handson leader participating insupervision and the daytoday operations of the hubs.
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape the direction and growth of Pen Plus driving projects developing programs and advancing professional development.
- Foster a culture of learning positivity and excellence where team members are motivated and empowered to grow.
- Promote and oversee clinical and service excellence across Pen Plus
What Youll Need to Bring:
A professional qualification in Allied Health (speech pathology occupational therapy or psychology)
The drive to support a thriving collaborative team.
Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Experience in running projects to fruition.
