Job Overview

A leading consumer electronics company is seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Channel Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the U.S. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with major national retailers developing channelspecific strategies and achieving ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and has extensive experience in retail sales and channel management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and revenue for consumer products in the U.S.
  • Retail Partnership Management: Build and strengthen relationships with major retailers including Best Buy Costco Walmart and others.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts terms and pricing to maximize sales volume and product placement.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional initiatives tailored to each retail channel.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives.
  • Logistics Coordination: Partner with supply chain teams to guarantee product availability and timely fulfillment.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts to achieve annual targets.
  • Industry Representation: Attend trade shows retailer meetings and other events to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in channel sales or retail sales management preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Retail Expertise: Proven success working with major U.S. retailers such as Best Buy Costco or Walmart.
  • Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales strategies merchandising and retail marketing.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Work Ethic: Selfdriven goaloriented and resultsfocused with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently while coordinating with a global team.
