About the job:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Vendor Account Manager with Turkish to join our team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for our vendors building strong partnerships and ensuring mutual success. Youll work closely with internal teams and vendors to oversee game launches optimize performance and drive growth in the dynamic iGaming industry.
What youll get to do:
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with vendors acting as their trusted advisor.
- Regularly communicate with vendors to align on goals opportunities and expectations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance vendor partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends provide actionable insights and suggest optimizations.
- Create and manage tasks for new game launches based on the vendors roadmap.
- Oversee the endtoend launch process ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Stay updated on iGaming trends key markets and vendor product features.
- Acquire indepth knowledge of games features and vendor products to provide guidance and support.
- Keep the Product Manager informed about vendors new features releases and key updates.
- Update the CRM with accurate and relevant vendor information to ensure data consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing product and tech to align vendorrelated projects and goals.
What you need to shine:
- At least 1 year of experience in account management vendor relationship management or a similar clientfacing role.
- Experience in the iGaming industry or related technical fields (IT/Telecoms) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis reporting and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and release management processes.
- A proactive mindset selfmotivation and a clientoriented attitude.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and a solutionoriented approach.
