We are now looking for a Team Manager who wants to make a tangible impact on our flagship ERP product Control Edge.
As a Team Manager youll take full ownership of your teams success focusing equally on leadership people development and operational excellence. Youll lead a distributed product development team across Sweden (Stockholm Malm Gteborg) and Romania ensuring they thrive in a wellstructured and engaging environment.
At our company people are at the heart of everything we do. Our team consists of talented people working within the whole development chain from A to Z of our products in Control Business Line consisting of; Control Edge PX IM & Effectplan. You will lead a team of various roles such as software developer software architect andbusiness analyst. We also have UX and infrastructure engineers allocated to the teams depending on need. In this role you will report to our Head of Product & Development for the Control business line Ole Johan Wirsn.
Your main responsibilities will be:
People Leadership:
Drive people related processes in your team such as recruitment performance development and employee engagement.
Coach individuals to help them grow and excel in their roles and reach their full potential.
Drive communication and translate business strategies & OKR:s to concrete plans for your team.
Create a culture of psychological safety collaboration and continuous learning.
Drive Operational Excellence:
Develop and drive work methods ensuring they align with business goals and foster productivity.
Improve and implement processes that enhance efficiency and quality across the teams. This includes harnessing the potential of AI for internal use to help the team work smarter not harder.
Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 and adopt industry best practices.
Oversee budgets resource allocation and team structure to ensure your department operates effectively.

A person who has a genuine interest in people leadership and buildning professional relationships
Degree in Computer science or Business (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record in leading and engaging people and optimizing processes
Tech oriented with genuine interest for Software Development new technologies and agile methodologies
Knowledge of financial software solutions from either a technical or business perspective.
Fluency in Swedish and English
Bonus points if you have:
Experience as a manager
Familiarity ISO standards or Microsoft technologies.
Insight into market trends like AI use cases or expertise in financial/ERP services.
Success in managing remote and distributed teams.
Insight into the financial/ERP market.
