About Marisa
Worldrenowned therapist and bestselling author Marisa Peer is one of the most recognized names in the wellness industry. Over her thirtyyear career she has worked with a client list that includes international superstars CEOs and Olympic athletes using her unique approach Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
RTT combines the most effective elements of NLP CBT hypnotherapy quantum physics and psychotherapy to get to the root cause of the issue which often stems from childhood beliefs traumatic experiences or the everyday negative selftalk that many of us carry with us unconsciously.
In 2013 she began the I Am Enough movement which works to boost inner confidence and help people improve their relationships careers health and selfesteem while eliminating blocks to creating wealth and abundance.

Overview of Requirements
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic PR agency/freelancer to become our communications partner to assist in the delivery of the 2025 PR Events Speaker and Podcast Strategy for Marisa Peer and RTT.
This partnership aims to build on the work we have already done elevate Marisa as a transformative force in the mental health arena and position RTT as a leading solution for emotional wellbeing.
Our key focus areas include expanding our global reach maximizing brand visibility and achieving significant market penetration across the US UK Europe and UAE.
2025 is a pivotal year in our growth journey. We are planning several highprofile events including RTT Live training events in LA Amsterdam Cancun London and Dubai.
We are also planning to develop a calendar of Marisaled RTTinspired events to engage the community and showcase RTTs transformative power.
These events will create direct revenue streams boost brand awareness and credibility showcase Marisas expertise and establish her role as a leading voice in mental health.
A potential book tour is also being considered as Marisa plans to release her next book in late 2025.
Scope of Work
The selected agency will deliver the following:
- Strategic PR Planning & Execution
- Develop a comprehensive 2025 PR strategy to position Marisa Peer and RTT as leaders in mental health transformation and the personal development space.
- Design quarterly campaigns that resonate with key audiences and align with global mental health trends.
- Highlight RTTs uniqueness in addressing root causes and delivering longterm results.
- Media Relations
- Secure highprofile interviews features opeds and case studyled features in toptier media outlets (e.g. Forbes The Guardian CNN).
- Cultivate strong relationships with journalists and editors across the US UK Europe and UAE.
- Review and regularly update all media information including press packs bios and slides.
- Event Promotion
- Promote RTT Live events international speaking engagements Marisaled events and the book tour.
- Drive ticket sales and attendance through targeted PR efforts.
- Content Creation
- Craft compelling narratives press releases thought leadership articles and social media content to amplify key messages.
- Influencer and Podcast Strategy
- Identify and collaborate with key influential figures in the mental health space and secure top podcasts to extend Marisas reach and engagement.
- Continue to expand our audience by identifying and securing top podcast opportunities in other areas e.g. business entrepreneurship etc.
- Measurement and Reporting
- Provide regular updates and a detailed impact analysis to ensure alignment with objectives and ROI.

Budget
We are open to proposals but the agency must provide a transparent breakdown of costs for services including retainer fees campaign costs and adhoc projects.
