MARPRO Group is looking for a Service Manager for the office in the area of Leiden. You will report to the Operation manager of the company.
The job
As Service Manager you are responsible for leading the service department. You will be working in a dynamic fastgrowing environment and will have the opportunity to structure and professionalise the department. You will be responsible for the overall service strategy and operations ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of highquality service to our clients. Your focus is on customer satisfaction team development and continuous improvement of our service processes. You will lead a team of service engineers and a service coordinator who are responsible for the daytoday execution of service activities.
You will directly supervise and mentor the Service Coordinator fostering their professional development.
