Job Description

MFC is hiring Customer Care Assistants in ClujNapoca. No prior experience required. Flexible parttime hours Monday to Friday. Salary: 5000 RON 10000 RON per month.

Tasks

Handle customer inquiries
Assist with order tracking
Provide service updates
Address complaints professionally
Log all interactions accurately
