Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager/Sales Manager Samruddhi Loan (LAP/BL) Open Market

Location: Karnal Haryana

Salary:

RM Upto 4 LPA

SM Upto 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

    • Identify and acquire new clients for LAP/BL products through open market channels such as direct sourcing networking and referrals.
    • Drive lead generation initiatives and actively prospect potential customers to meet sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Relationship Management & Client Retention:

    • Build and maintain longterm relationships with new and existing customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Understand clients’ financial needs and provide customized loan solutions (LAP/BL) to match their requirements.
    • Regularly engage with clients to ensure continued business and resolve any issues or queries they may have.
  • Sales Performance & Target Achievement:

    • Achieve and exceed sales targets for LAP and BL products in terms of loan volume revenue and profitability.
    • Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales performance pipeline status and key business metrics to senior management.
  • Loan Application & Process Management:

    • Oversee the endtoend loan application process ensuring that all required documentation is submitted correctly and promptly.
    • Work closely with credit operations and legal teams to ensure timely processing approval and disbursement of loans.
    • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the loan process.
  • CrossSelling & Upselling:

    • Crosssell and upsell additional financial products such as insurance investment plans etc. to maximize revenue generation.
    • Provide clients with information on valueadded services and encourage them to opt for relevant products.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

    • Keep abreast of industry trends competitor offerings and changes in market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer preferences competitor strategies and opportunities for innovation.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure that all business activities are conducted in line with company policies regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements.
    • Assess risk and work with the risk team to mitigate any potential financial risk related to loan defaults.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Graduation or Postgraduation in any stream (preferably in Business Banking or Finance).
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 37 years of experience in sales business development or relationship management in financial services.
    • Experience in selling Loan Against Property (LAP) or Business Loans (BL) is preferred.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to understand and analyze financial documents and client needs.
    • Excellent relationshipbuilding abilities with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Knowledge:

    • Indepth knowledge of LAP and BL products market trends and regulatory requirements.
    • Good understanding of financial statements credit assessment and loan documentation.
