Experience:
o 5 10 years of experience in growth strategy business development or a similar role.
o Proven track record of driving measurable growth in revenue or customer base.
Roles:
1. Growth Strategy Development:
o Design and implement growth strategies to achieve shortterm and longterm business goals.
o Identify new market opportunities customer segments and revenue streams.
o Analyze market trends competition and customer behavior to inform strategies.
2. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
o Develop and execute campaigns to attract and retain customers.
o Optimize the customer journey and user experience across all touchpoints.
o Use data analytics to track customer behavior and improve retention rates.
3. DataDriven Decision Making:
o Analyze performance metrics sales trends and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
o Generate actionable insights and recommend strategies to improve performance.
o Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Work closely with marketing product sales and operations teams to align growth objectives.
o Partner with external stakeholders such as agencies and vendors to enhance growth efforts.
o Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on growth progress and plans.
5. Optimization & Scaling:
o Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend improvements.
o Scale successful growth initiatives across regions products or customer segments.
o Stay updated on industry trends and emerging growth technologies/tools.
Skills:
o Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
o Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Google Analytics Tableau).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Creativity and innovation in developing growth strategies.
o Project management skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Educational Background:
o Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.
