Position: Technical Support Executive
Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Position Overview
Proven experience in a technical support role preferably with expertise in Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of computer systems networks and software troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Problemsolving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions efficiently.
Flexibility to work in UK shift timings (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools is an added advantage.
Requirements
Provide technical support and assistance to clients via email phone or chat for resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 and other IT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Assist in the installation configuration and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
Monitor and maintain IT systems ensuring smooth functionality and addressing any reported issues promptly.
Document technical issues and resolutions in the company s knowledge base for future reference.
Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure adherence to company protocols and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Microsoft 365 or related IT fields is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in supporting international clients especially UKbased is a plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance. Professional qualifications like CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or ACCA are preferred. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Indian taxation (GST, Income Tax, TDS). Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) is essential. Skills & Competencies: Solid understanding of Indian accounting principles and tax regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications. Strong attention to detail, with an ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Additional Requirements: GST and Income Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indian GST laws, TDS, and Income Tax regulations. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot accounting issues and implement corrective actions. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization.
