Telecaller (Female)
Location: Ernakulam Kerala
Salary: 10000 to 15000 per month Incentives
Qualification: Any Degree
Role Overview:
We are seeking a smart enthusiastic and communicative Female Telecaller to join our dynamic EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to leads engaging them effectively and providing information about our courses to help them make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential leads through calls and explain the courses offered by the firm.
- Address queries and provide clear and concise information about course features benefits and registration processes.
- Maintain accurate records of calls followups and lead conversions in the CRM system.
- Build rapport with prospective students/customers to encourage enrollment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet lead conversion targets.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam
- Persuasiveness: Ability to handle objections and persuade potential customers to enroll in the courses.
- CustomerCentric Approach: A friendly and approachable demeanor to connect with customers.
- Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and followups efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations to maintain and update records.
