Job Description
Academic Coordinator Mentor
Location: Ernakulam Kerala
Salary: 12000 to 15000 per month
Qualification: Any Degree
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mentor to join our EdTech team. The Mentor will act as a bridge between students parents and the organization ensuring academic progress and satisfaction. This role involves regular interaction with parents generating student performance reports and providing guidance to help students achieve their learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents acting as their primary point of contact regarding their child s progress.
- Regularly communicate with parents through calls emails or meetings to discuss the student s performance strengths and areas for improvement.
- Generate detailed and accurate reports on student performance progress and attendance for internal and parental review.
- Collaborate with academic teams to understand the students progress and tailor guidance accordingly.
- Provide motivation and mentorship to students to ensure consistent learning and engagement.
- Address and resolve any parental concerns or queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and update records of interactions and reports in the system.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam
- Empathy and Patience: Ability to connect with parents and students understanding their concerns and providing constructive solutions.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in generating and interpreting performance reports.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple students reports and parent interactions simultaneously.
- Technology Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers and reporting tools.
