Job Description
- SENIOR BA
- HEALTCARE EXP
- LOCAL TO DC AREA PREFERED
- CONVERSATIONAL AI EXP A PLUS
- Remote role but will have to come into office for brainstorming sessions (once a quarter or so).. If folks are willing to go into office a few times a year on their own dime will consider but surrounding DMV is preferred... If they are a rockstar then she may let folks join in on those meetings virtually if they cannot travel in on their own dime. Potential for C2H if Pilot goes well but open to straight contractors.
- team handles business requirements for pre/post adjudication Salesforce suite and now a Digital Conversation AI component. Focus is to get their containment rate up where folks buyin to stay on and work with the bot instead of pressing zero to get to a real CS Rep.
- Looking for a Senior BA to work on the Digital Conversational AI project (Pilot program). Must have healthcare exp to understand what is being discussed when members call in... Must have exceptional analytical / documentation exp (present use cases user stories gap analysis). Must have indepth exp with Conversational AI (on a project from beginning to end) BG with a strong understanding of NLP.
