- Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting spare replacement
- Operating system and application installation & troubleshooting
- Printing and Imaging Device Installation and Troubleshooting
- AD management user creation modification password reset knowledge
- Data backup and storage knowledge
- Should be having the G Suite and O365 knowledge on user creation and modification.
- L1 engineer will visit at customer locations within Mumbai or outside if there are any projects
