Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets.
- Lead train and mentor a team of sales professionals to foster growth and performance excellence.
- Act as a handson sales trainer to ensure continuous skill development and performance improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee the creation of sales proposals presentations and contracts.
- Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and allocate the sales department budget effectively.
- Represent the company at events trade shows and client meetings to promote our services.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience as a Sales Director with a proven track record of driving sales success.
- Experience in sales training and developing highperforming teams.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
