Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via calls messages and followups to promote and sell our beauty tech products.
- Educate customers about product features benefits and usage addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative approach and persuasive communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications :
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in telesales customer service or a salesdriven role is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Highly motivated goaloriented and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Basic knowledge of beauty products or skincare devices is a plus but not required.
