You keep a hawks eye on costs juggle with margins and make the numbers talk so that every penny counts.
When it comes to stocks its a perfect control story: nothing disappears everything is on your radar even the last bottle of gin!
You turn Excel columns into masterpieces of clarity and your reports are more eagerly awaited than a Sunday brunch at Mama.
Chef souschef F&B director you team up with everyone to make the magic happen in the kitchen and in the accounts.
Late receivables No worries youll chase them down with a smile (or a good dose of persuasion).
With your ideas and analysis you make Mamas finances shine because managing well is truly an art !
Qualifications :
MADE FOR YOU ONLY IF
- You knwo the basics of accounting inside out and can navigate reports client accounts and inventories with your eyes closed.
- Hotel and restaurant cost control is your playground. And if youve worked with OPERA or MICROS thats a total win!
- Excel is your superpower. You create spreadsheets that are both impressive and functional (promise).
- Super organised you juggle deadlines and priorities without ever losing your smile.
- A rocksolid team player Perfect we love people who work collaboratively and bring positive energy to the table.
- You know local accounting and administrative regulations like the back of your hand.
