Job Overview:

Looking for a candidate with 4 5 years of experience in Sales. They should be enthusiastic energetic highperforming Sales Manager who have excellent mentoring coaching and people management skills.

They are someone who are currently living in Mumbai/ Nashik and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achievement of annual and quarterly targets for Sales & Collection set by the Organization.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with all the Hospitals team Co Workers (Operation Team and Call Centre Team) and Patients and vendors. Will work as a SPOC of the organization.
  • Candidates need to generate profitable revenue through the associated hospital.
  • Expected to Design and execute channel sales through the promotional activities and activations in the community & various marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Candidates will work as responsible for the attached Ambulances.
  • Shall ensure on the daily basis vehicles are adequately equipped with the medicine the equipment and the required licences and the certifications.
  • Shall motivate and train the team for professional behaviour dealing with Hospitals.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitors strategies and accordingly develop plans to increase revenue and brand awareness.
  • Candidates needs to be gogetter with a hunger for sales

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the managed subfunction and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
  • An experience of driving business and motivating the channel partners
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers clients members providers and customers

Desired Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Expertise in people management change management team building Setting up processes strategic planning and result orientation

  • Leadership
  • Ability to seek out new solutions
  • Make smart decisions quickly

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of 45 years of experience working as a sales manager in the healthcare domain. (will be an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in Local language English Marathi and Hindi
  • Bachelor ( 23 )

Whats for the Candidate:

2040% hike

Job Location: Mumbai & Nashik

Any other remarks/requirement (if any):

He/She will report directly to the Chief Business Officer.
