Job Summary:
As a Senior Manufacturing Lead you will be instrumental in scaling and optimizing manufacturing processes. Youll lead the production of cuttingedge products ensuring quality efficiency and adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles. This is a leadership position requiring expertise in the automotive sector and a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage fullscale production of electric motorcycles battery packs and swap stations.
Drive Lean Manufacturing implementation to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
Collaborate with R&D and design teams to integrate new products seamlessly.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Mentor and lead a highperforming team to achieve production targets.
Develop strategies to reduce production costs while maintaining quality standards.
Oversee capital equipment investments and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Masters preferred).
7 years in a senior manufacturing role ideally in the automotive sectors such as Atlas Honda Yamaha & Suzuki etc.
Expertise in CAD CAM PLM software and Lean Manufacturing.
Proven track record of scaling manufacturing in a fastpaced environment.
Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with a collaborative mindset.
