Job Description
Industry: Pharma
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary Benefits
Main Duties:
- Organize export shipments and ensure all required documentation is prepared
- Source materials negotiate pricing and monitor supplier performance
- Oversee inventory management ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in the supply chain
- Lead and coordinate a team to plan and execute delivery schedules
What skills do you need
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics Purchasing or Sciences
- Experience in a similar position preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage various projects
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (proficiency in Maltese is advantageous)
- A proactive and selfmotivated approach with the ability to lead effectively and work collaboratively
- Familiarity with import/export regulations (ideal)
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
