Looking for a highly creative and skilled Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist WFH (Remote) from Mumbai location (UK shift).
They will have the ability to manage multiple brands across various industries primarily focusing on IT services Cloud Technologies Cyber Security as well as Hair and Makeup and Hair Oil products. The role will involve strategizing and implementing social media campaigns creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to drive business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop execute and manage social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn Twitter Facebook and Instagram.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and businesses.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling content tailored to specific platforms including blog posts videos graphics and case studies.
- Generate content relevant to IT services as well as Hair and Makeup and Hair Oil products.
- Audience Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback.
- Engage with the community to create a strong online presence.
Analytics:
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and native social media analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Generate monthly reports outlining key performance indicators and return on investment.
CrossDepartmental Collaboration:
Coordinate with Sales Customer Support and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proficiency in content management systems and design software like Adobe Creative Suite Canva and other content creation tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
