In this role youll:

Key Skills
Were looking for candidates with expertise in:
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with M&A deal structures corporate transaction documentation and related legal research tools.
- Analytical Abilities: Proven experience in interpreting corporate securities and transactional data to inform decisionmaking.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead deal teams manage multiple M&A projects and drive results under tight timelines.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues clients and counterparties.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies.

- Education: A J.D. degree from an accredited law school with superior academic credentials.
- Mindset: A collaborative forwardthinking approach to solving challenges.
- Bar Admission: Must be an active Bar member in the state of the office location (Bay Area Seattle Santa Monica or New York) or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
