Contract Details: Fulltime Permanent
A leading compnay in Egypt is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Retention Agents (DE) to join their team in Hurghada Egypt. As a Retention Agent you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening our client relationships ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
Understand clients needs and provide solutions to meet their expectations
Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless and positive experience for clients
Qualifications:
Fluency in German (written and spoken) is a must
Previous experience in a similar role is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
