Job Overview:
Looking for someone with 3 years of relevant work experience ideally with teaching hospitality or customer service background. They are someone who has specific experience or a deep personal interest in technology and has a passion for building a vibrant growing community of learners and is excited to constantly learn and advance within a fastgrowing team and company. They are quick decisionmakers adaptable to change and can multitask.
They are someone who can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.
As a Community Operation Specialist you will be responsible for the overall class experience in the technology category during US hours. You will interact with Learners before and after the class in the Lounge chat. You will work with Guides to ensure every class successfully launches in Zoom and support the Guide and Learners throughout the class as a Teaching Assistant.
