Job Description

Job Overview:

Looking for a confident passionate and empathetic person to be the first point of contact for their employees and handle internal requests. They are Graduates and/or MBA with specialization in HR and 4 years experience in endtoend HR role. Someone who is proactive naturally approachable and a team player with strong administrative organizational coaching and communication skills. They should have knowledge of HRrelated laws software and industry best practices.

They can start immediately or have 30 days of notice period.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues developing adequate induction and training
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Coordinate all new hire onboarding activities carry out all required tasks necessary to onboard new employees and consultants
  • Support staff with HRrelated issues including compensation benefits rewards and recognition leaves misconduct and any problem resolution
  • Maintain/update HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance laws and policies provide organizational change information for charts and presentations
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and management skills working with all departments and levels of an organization
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MSOffice

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working with HR and payroll management tools a plus
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Understanding of HR laws
  • Exceptional communication skills writing skills interpersonal skills and ethical mindset

  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Integrity when dealing with sensitive & confidential information
  • Organized and should have excellent managerial skills

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelors degree/specialisation in HR
  • Experience in HR related laws
