Job Overview:
Looking for a candidate who has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and should be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. As a Social Media Manager you love building online communities and finding new and exciting ways to keep the community engaged differently. The ideal candidate is someone who loves creating humancentric stories and giving the community a safe place to share their accomplishments and stories. In addition you love memes and are quick to catch on to the latest trends reels and memes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute organic social media strategy to grow and engage their community
- Become the goto brand for 50 to come and share their experiences create and learn something new every day
- Schedule social media posts for Instagram Pinterest Facebook Twitter and LinkedIn
- Maintain our online community by creating engaging campaigns
- Design onbrand assets for Instagram including stories ads and feed posts with support from the content team
- Curate onbrand bestinclass usergenerated content memes popculture news and happenings to share on all the social channels
- Report on performance and manage monthly dashboards to show stats insights and key results
- Be comfortable working with design and video teams to use our existing content across channels
- Plan content and marketing calendar and work with different crossfunctional teams to promote special classes special guests etc.
- Work with talent and influencers and manage influencerbased campaigns
Eligibility Criteria:
2 years in social media management
Mandatory Requirements:
- Comfortable with Instagram Facebook and Twitter and have managed these platforms before
- You love finding creative ways to engage with the community at all times
- You stay on top of all the news and buzzy things online
- You love seeing and sharing inspiring stories online and from within your community
- Excellent at using Canva and working within brand guidelines
- You have a strong eye for whats onbrand and fits an aesthetic
- You are not shy to be on video and love interacting with people
- You have an intuitive understanding of themes and topics that matter to the 50audience
- You understand that a good marketer also looks at data and can track and report all key metrics
