Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries technical issues and other servicerelated requests.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in French (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and customerfocused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
