Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly support to Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries technical issues and other servicerelated requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluency in French (C2 level) and good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and customerfocused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM (Monday to Friday).
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
