Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining a positive brand image. This role is vital in fostering relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and offer recommendations for process enhancements.
- Assist customers with order placement account setup and billing inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge policies and company procedures to provide informed responses.
- Achieve performance targets including response times customer satisfaction scores and resolution rates.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations with composure.
- A positive attitude patience and a customerfirst mindset.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate/salary $1721/hr
