We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Low Voltage Designer to join our team focusing on structured cabling access control CCTV and audiovisual (AV) integration for commercial and multifamily projects. This hybrid role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create and deliver accurate compliant low voltage system designs. The ideal candidate will bring strong design experience field expertise and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed low voltage system designs and layouts using AutoCAD Bluebeam and Inkscape.
- Develop field scope documents asbuilt documents riser diagrams and design proposals to support installation and integration.
- Prepare oneline drawings conduit layouts and MDF/IDF elevations.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure seamless implementation of low voltage systems.
- Support design needs by utilizing software to produce accurate documentation and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with installation teams to address designrelated challenges during execution.
Required Skills and Experience:
- RCDD certification is required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- 5 years of experience in low voltage design including structured cabling access control CCTV and AV systems.
- Strong knowledge of fiber cabling copper cabling and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with preparing detailed design documents such as riser diagrams oneline drawings and asbuilt documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore Bluebeam and Inkscape for project coordination and design is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in commercial projects; familiarity with multifamily developments is a plus.

- The salary range for this position is $75000 $140000 per year commensurate with experience and qualifications.
