Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 810 years in QA or technical roles with at least 3 years in a leadership position managing remote teams.
- Industry experience in Ecommerce FinTech or Subscriptionbased environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in QA automation tools (e.g. Selenium JMeter/JUnit) release management tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. Odoo) CRM Rest APIs AWS Jira and Confluence.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Proven ability to enforce and advocate for quality processes across the organization.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in QA practices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all QA activities including manual and automated testing ensuring seamless product lifecycles.
- Implement monitor and enforce quality processes to align with organizational and industry standards.
- Identify and address gaps in existing QA workflows driving initiatives for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure the reliability and performance of applications across all environments.
- Own the release management lifecycle including planning scheduling and coordinating releases across multiple environments.
- Develop and manage reporting metrics risk assessments and rollback strategies.
- Monitor releases for compliance with industry standards data security and system reliability.
- Facilitate crossteam collaboration to ensure smooth and aligned deployments.
- Lead mentor and manage a distributed team of QA engineers fostering a highperformance culture.
- Establish and promote best practices for collaboration and team evaluation in a remote working environment.
- Serve as the escalation point for QA and releaserelated issues ensuring timely resolutions.
