Job Description
Our client is transforming the cleaning industry with advanced robotic solutions that tackle manpower challenges. Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow they are seeking a Production Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure production processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous process improvements using Lean Six Sigma or other methodologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet production goals and improve operational performance.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and project documentation.
- Perform data analysis and reporting including FMEA testing reports and BOM management.
- Support the introduction of new products or production techniques ensuring smooth transitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in CAD software and familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
- Excellent technical writing skills (SOPs work instructions FMEA testing reports project documentation).
- Strong problemsolving abilities and experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
