About the Role

We are seeking a detailoriented and thorough Business Analyst with experience in sales processes to join our team. You will work closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to optimize workflows and drive datadriven decisions.

Reporting line: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Albania

Worksite: remote

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect analyze and interpret sales data to identify actionable

    trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
  • Report insights to teams leadership and stakeholders to support informed decisionmaking and strategy

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales managers account executives and other

    stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and technical teams to ensure seamless communication mutual understanding factual truthseeking and crossteam alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and provide solutions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasts based

    on data analysis.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer behavior to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for sales initiatives.

Requirements

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business

    Administration Sales Marketing Information Systems or a related field. A Masters degree in the same fields would be considered an advantage.

Experience:

  • 35 years of experience in an analytical role preferably in sales or a

    related function.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience in PowerPoint and presentation design.

  • Strong knowledge of sales metrics and data analysis techniques.

  • Experience with business process modeling and workflow design.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong command of the English language.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities effectively.
