Job Description
Position: FX Team Lead English Desk
Location: Albania
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and mentor the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize client engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze team performance providing feedback and implementing improvement plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with highvalue clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to align business objectives and improve processes.
- Conduct regular team meetings training sessions and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
- Proven experience in the FX/CFD industry with a strong understanding of the market and products.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks in the FX/CFD industry is an advantage.
