Job Description

Position: Call Center Agent French Speaker Company Overview: RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company providing innovative solutions to help businesses enhance their customer interactions and drive growth. Position Overview: As a Call Center Agent French Speaker you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in French providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. You will be the first point of contact for our Frenchspeaking customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls in French providing prompt and professional assistance to customers. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding performance metrics. Utilize company resources to effectively resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer accounts as needed. Stay uptodate with company products services and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience. Meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the call center. Qualifications: Fluency in French (verbal and written) is a must. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Positive attitude team player and willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to work fulltime including weekends and holidays. Contract Details: This is a fulltime position located in 6th of October City Egypt. The working hours are 40 hours per week with the possibility of overtime. The salary and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
