Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present sales forecasts reports and other relevant documentation to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of success in key account management preferably in the biotechnology industry
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
