Key Responsibilities
- Manage Projects with Precision: Oversee projects from concept to completion while keeping timelines on track and ensuring every detail is considered.
- Budget Mastery: Prepare manage and report detailed project budgets ensuring every dollar is wisely spent.
- Contract and Subcontractor Expertise: Review contracts vet potential subcontractors and build partnerships that make each project shine.
- Strategic Coordination: Stay in sync with teams and stakeholders to align goals and expectations at every stage.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Bring a minimum of 5 years of proven success in project management and estimating.
- Skills: A strong command of budgeting contracts and team coordination paired with a talent for creative problemsolving.
